your merchandise one last time before it's shipped, and double-check your personalization request for accuracy.
> Return/Exchange Policy
Return Policy on Non-Personalized Items -- Items that have not been personalized, and have not been used, may be
returned if you notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
(See Return Procedures below.)  Upon receipt of your
returned merchandise, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price (and applicable taxes for residents of Illinois).
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Also note that if one item in a set is personalized, you cannot make a
partial return on the non-personalized items in that set.
Exchange Policy on Personalized and Non-Personalized  Items -- We do not offer refunds on personalized or
customized items. Personalized items may be exchanged for same item, only if they are damaged during shipment or if we
have made an error in spelling. Damaged non-personalized items also may be exchanged for same items. We will replace
damaged or incorrect merchandise after it has been returned to us.
(See Return Procedures below.) There will be no charge
for the cost of shipping the replacement item. NOTE: If an item is no longer available, we may offer you a comparable item or
refund your money.

Return/Exchange Procedures - How to Contact Us -- To return/exchange an item, first send your original purchase order
number via e-mail to
returns@itssewperfect.com. (If you prefer, call us at 1-847-945-4258 during our regular business hours
of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday.) Please provide the reasons for the return or exchange. We will provide you
with a return/exchange authorization number so you can ship the product at our expense.

> Order Processing and Personalization Time
For personalized items, allow 2 to 4 days for monogramming and processing. Depending on the time of day that you order,
non-personalized items can ship same day or next day. Our order processing department is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (CST) . Orders are not processed or shipped on most weekends or holidays. NOTE: Items ordered together may
be delivered separately.

>Order Status and Tracking
We will notify you when your package ships, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. You will have a USPS
tracking number so you can check on the status of your order in shipment.
> Shipping Options and Delivery Times
After you have clicked Order Now, you will have the option of choosing either Ground (USPS Priority Mail) or Air (USPS
Express Mail).  Shipping charges are based on weight and calculated automatically in the shopping bag after you select a
shipping method (Ground or Air) and click continue. Note that items shipped in over-sized boxes will be marked as such and
shipping charges will be calculated according to over-sized status and not by weight.

Choose Ground and you're choosing USPS Priority Mail -- It's our new economical option and surprisingly fast!
On average, orders should arrive 2 to 3 days after order processing is completed. Including processing time for personalized
items, most shipments arrive 4 to 7 days after ordering.
Choose Air and you're choosing USPS Express Mail Guaranteed Next-Day and Second-Day Delivery Nationwide.
For personalized items, allowing one day for expedited processing, most orders will arrive the second business day after
ordering. Note that USPS Express Mail is Guaranteed Next-Day
or Second-Day Delivery Nationwide. Next-Day delivery is
guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations. Second-day delivery can apply to Alaska, Hawaii and some rural
areas in the continental United States. If your order must arrive next day and you are located in an outlying area, please
contact us at

Rush Deliveries -- If you require next-day delivery on any order, personalized or non-personalized, e-mail us at

Although we do our best to anticipate product demand, there may be times when we are out of stock. If an item you have
ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide our best estimate for receiving a new shipment and
processing your request. You may choose to cancel your order or request a back-order. If you request a back-order you will
not be charged until your merchandise ships to you.

your final product may vary from the color viewed on your screen. Color may vary due to how your monitor is calibrated,
which web browser you are using, and the inherent differences when looking at a monitor (color created from a direct light
source) versus looking at your product (color composed of the reflection of a light source off your product).
